I had the second bedroom extended to include more space and a powder room and outdoor access.
The space to work in was very tight outside with no access but through the unit. The unit is over 50 years old and New Realm Homes did a very professional and seemless extension.
They even matched existing oak flooring by staggering the wood so that it doesnt have a line. They have a contract in place and follow it.
